🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personal care products (Body Care & Lip Care) are non-returnable once opened.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible (replacement or full refund).


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by Luvana.


📦 Shipping Costs

  • For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, Luvana will cover all shipping costs.
